• On purchase of the Accu-Chek Instant S product listed below, participants can register to participate in the Scratch & Win campaign:

• Accu-Chek Instant S Blood Glucose Meter
• Accu-Chek Instant S Test Strips – pack of 25
• Accu-Chek Instant S Test Strips – pack of 50

• Participant to scratch the silver panel pasted on the packaging of the Accu-Chek Instant S products to reveal the unique code.
•  Code to be sent as an SMS to 93002.
• A system generated message will be received after the code is verified.
• Once the code is verified and is valid, the participant’s entry will be accepted into our database
• With each valid entry/code, participant will be eligible to win a prize 
• A person may submit multiple entries provided he/she shares a new (valid) on-pack code with each entry
• Registered mobile number will be participants’ ID
• Upon participation in the manner prescribed herein during the campaign period, participants will have the opportunity to win prizes
• This campaign is valid for a period of 3 months from the start date of the campaign.
• A total of 3 draws will take place. Each draw will be conducted after a period of 30 days.
• 50 winners will be announced every 30 days – a total of 150 winners.
• 150 winners will be selected at random from all the entries received through computerized draw. The draws will happen as per Roche Pakistan Limited prerogative and winners will be announced on the Facebook page of Accu-Chek Pakistan. (Last 4 digits of mobile numbers of the winners will be published on Facebook).
•  Winners will get a confirmation call from Accu-Chek representative. The entries will not be discarded till the draw takes place.
• Winners will be notified with in the 14 days of the draw.       
• Winners will be shortlisted through random selection in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
