The meter will not turn on or the display is blank.
Battery is dead.: Insert new battery.
Display is damaged. / Meter is defective.: If the error persists, contact Accu-Chek Customer care on toll free 080076243 (Mon to Fri - 09 am to 05pm)
Extreme temperatures.: Move the meter to a more temperate area.
