- Proven Accuracy 10/10 references an ISO-compliant internal testing protocol. For three different lots of test strips, 95% of BG results must fall within ±10 mg/dL of reference result at glucose concentrations < 100 mg/dL or within ± 10% at glucose concentrations ≥ 100 mg/dL.
- Specific expiry date A specific expiry date is mentioned on the strips in order to define a particular time period for its use.

Unlike strips that require you to hit a tiny spot, these have a wide yellow dosing area. You can apply a small drop of blood anywhere along the entire width of the yellow edge.
It only requires a tiny 0.6 μL blood sample, which generally means less painful pricking.
The strips are automatically recognized by the meter, removing the need for manual "coding" or chips, which reduces the risk of user error.
While primarily for capillary blood (fingersticks), they are also validated for venous, arterial, and neonatal blood samples.
