How is the sterility maintained?
Accu-Chek Softclix lancets, Autoclix lancets, SULDs: The sterility of the needle tip is secured by a sterility cap surrounding the needle tip until its’ manual removal.
Accu-Chek Multiclix, Accu-Chek FastClix lancet drums: Each needle tip within the lancet drum has its own sterility cap surrounding the needle tip. During lancing, the needle pushes through this sterility protection.
